Description

UC Santa Barbara is one of the most prestigious higher education institutes in the USA. It is a part of 10 colleges of University of California public university system. UCSB has a great location between California’s Pacific coastline and the Santa Ynez Mountains. It is one of the few American universities with its own beach; a lagoon and specially designed walking and bicycle paths. A territory of 1022 acres belongs to it. UCSB comprises 3 colleges: the College of Letters and Science, the College of Engineering, the College of Creative Studies. Students live very active life on the campus. Extravaganza music festival, the most famous event takes place on the campus and gathers about 8000 people yearly.
