Cornell University is a private higher education institute in Ithaca, the state of New York and is a member of Ivy League university. The main campus in Ithaca is located on the territory of 2300 acres. Students even can go hiking there not leaving the campus. Cornell University also has another campuses and not only in the USA: a graduate school of medical sciences in New York, campus in Rome to study art, architecture and urban planning, campus in Washington DC to get work practice, and also a medical college in Doha, Qatar. The University’s library is the 11th largest in the States according to the number of its’ volumes. There are 51 Nobel laureates among the university alumni.
